Hydrate & Relax: Use this time to drink tea or warm water, staying mindful of hydration as you enjoy your herbal bath or steam. Journaling or meditating can help you relax even further and connect with your body and spirit.

Steam Properly: If using for vaginal steam, sit over the herbal steam with the teabag in the water, ensuring the temperature is comfortable. Cover yourself with a towel or blanket to keep the heat in. For the bath tea, soak for 20-30 minutes, letting the herbal infusion absorb into your skin.
